(Just throw in a bunch of libraries without cherry-picking. Having "superfluous" ones just slows down the linking a bit, but doesn't hurt at run-time.) Use LIBPST_CFLAGS. * pst-importer.c: Include <libpst/define.h> before the other libpst headers.
